Looking to support others while redistributing funds? Your contribution goes directly towards the costs involved in an herbal consultation, including the cost of herbs.

What to expect:

  • Before our time together, you’ll fill out a detailed health questionnaire as well as a disclosure form. Send your forms to me at least 3 days before our scheduled time together—if not, you are responsible for rescheduling.

  • During our intake, we’ll go over your health questionnaire in detail. This time together is your time, and I’m committed to creating a safe and open container for you. During our discussion you may talk about whatever you feel comfortable sharing—the more information, the better I can craft your custom protocol.

Our first intake will take 1 to 2 hours depending on the information you provide as well as your goals. During this time, we’ll dive into your current health story and discuss your health goals in detail. Follow-ups take 30 to 45 minutes and we discuss how things are working for you, any shifts taking place, and make necessary changes if any.

  • Afterward, I’ll create a detailed herbal plan based on the information you provide. It takes me hours of research and, sometimes, mentorship to craft an individual herbal protocol. You’ll receive a document containing herbal suggestions as well as dietary and lifestyle suggestions that would be supportive of the herbs and/or essences.

Herbal protocols may come in the form of:

    • Infusions/decoctions

    • Extracts (alcohol and non-alcohol)

    • Herbal body oils

    • Salves/ balms

    • Essences

    • Poultice and compress

    • Steams

    • Herbal honey

    • Instructions on how to use these products

I love to know how the herbs are sitting with you! At the end of our initial intake, we’ll schedule a follow-up appointment a few weeks out.

The cost of herbs is not included. My herbal stock is small, and as of now, I outsource from trusted herbalists and small businesses. If I suggest something I don’t have, I’ll recommend you purchase it on your own. If interested, I could teach you how to make your own products.

About My Pricing:

Yes, this type of care should be free, but it’s still capitalism outside and I’m a small business owner with no investors, old money, or access to large amounts of funds.

To avoid burnout, I intend to remain sustained and resourced while exploring ways to support the collective. Considering my time devoted to this craft, out-of-pocket costs for herbal education and supplies, and the time and energy devoted towards bettering these skills, my hourly rate for herbalism work is $50/ hour USD. The high-end of my prices is the true cost of these services. Sliding scale and payment plans are available.

I’m open to donations, fiscal sponsorship, and business grants.

Payment Plans

I offer payment plans and will create a custom contract that works for both of us. Our agreed payment must be paid in full before our last meeting.

Your demonstration of integrity enables me to maintain accessible care for individuals and communities, redistribute funds, and perpetuate the cycle of support.

I offer a sliding scale to Kanaka Maoli, kamaaina, Indigenous peoples of Turtle Island, and lahui-centered community organizers. Trades are offered to Kanaka and kamaaina. If you need further financial support, let’s discuss something that’ll work for us both.
